A: Only the Vertex O-Series is compatible
Q: We use the Vertex Consumer Use Tax Module. Will the interface also connect to this?
A: No. At this time, the interface only connects to the Vertex Sales Tax module.
Q: Does Sunrise provide implementation services of the Vertex solution?

A: The interface is compatible with Canadian addresses as well as US addresses.

A: The interface supports the Quotation Request, Invoice Request, Tax Area Id lookup, Tax Distribution and the Rollback functions.
Q: What is the support lifecylce of the Vertex O-Series Integration?
A: Sunrise Technologies maintains, supports, and provides hot fixes for the two latest versions, the Vertex O-Series Integration for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and 2012. New releases of the Vertex O-Series Integration are released in conjunction with new releases of Microsoft Dynamics AX.
