Microsoft Dynamics AX Training Services

Sunrise utilizes some of the most advanced techniques to provide a flexible and reproducible Microsoft Dynamics AX training program. Experienced training consultants will analyze your needs, design, develop, and deliver training material that will enable you to maintain and transfer knowledge in your organization. Better understanding and commitment from your project members and end users will make your Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation a great success.

Sunrise Technologies:

  • Develops an education strategy that ensures the right type of training is provided to the right people
  • Performs readiness assessment and evaluation to measure your organization's readiness to procedural and organizational changes
  • Provides documentation and other visual aids for training purposes along with reference materials that can be used during day to day activities. Sunrise uses Microsoft Share Point Server to web-enable all training documentation and Go To Meeting to conduct and record the training sessions for multi-site customers.

There are three types of training involved in our implementations:

  • Core project team functional training conducted during the design workshops to train the key business users on product functionality
  • IT team technical training conducted during the design workshops to train the IT organization on technology and programming
  • User group training conducted during the user training stage to train the end users on the workflow and product functionality

In a typical Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation, training takes place in the last three to four months before deployment. Training takes place in the venue that is most convenient for the client. Most often, the training is on-site.

On-going training is available after implementation from both Sunrise Technologies and Microsoft. Sunrise will work with you on a case-by-case basis to arrange training courses. Microsoft offers both online and classroom training on a variety of Microsoft Dynamics AX topics.
